6hrs, 5 mountain top locations, 2 helicopters and 1 incredible couple. To say Philip + Lisa’s wedding day was awesome would be a major understatement! When forest fires in the USA cancelled their plans for a big wedding, these two rolled with it and planned the ultimate elopement here in New Zealand. They chose Coromandel Peak for a stunning ceremony before jumping around Fiordland National Park taking in Earnslaw Burn, Lochnagar, Madagascar Beach and finishing at Mt Crichton for sunset.

Pete & James!!!! Yaaaaaaaaassssss!! We just watched it. It was absolutely perfect. We cannot thank you both enough for making our day even more special. I’m not sure that I mentioned to either of you before, but your work was our inspiration to elope instead of having a more traditional aka “boring” wedding and before we even looked into New Zealand as a destination. Funny how a few wild fires could bring us all together! We look forward to a reunion at some point, likely on top of another mountain
